Macdonald Drumossie Hotel

Evening event dinner was at best poor. Starter which should have been hot was cold, main course just warm, the desert had run out by the time our table was served.  The hotel toilets were in need of an attendant checking regularly .  We ended up laughing about it with references to faulty towers.  However our room was beautiful, clean, well presented, the bed was very comfortable.  We had a great night sleep.  At breckfast the arm of my chair was loose and lifted up when I would go to move my chair in/out from the table.  When I was looking around the continental breckfast counter I could hear a male member of the kitchen staff shouting and swearing using the F word, not at all what I expected from any Hotel.  Lasting impression I would not rush back.

Excellent typical English style

Very nice, great breakfast, fabulous room. Plenty of parking. Liked that you good relax in their beautiful lobby with a cocktail.

Great country Hotel, not far from the main city. A night between travelling home, lovely hotel. Slightly out of Inverness which is nice, out in the country. Room beautiful and spacious. Reception seating area is lovely and so comfortable to relax in, so many sofa's and chair's.
