The hotel facilities were very old and outdated and needs substantial upgrading/refurbishment

We were pleased to visit we were warmly welcomed ,after a long rail journey, everything was explained well . The bar menu offered a good choice. And the room was clean , comfortable and warm. A very happy experience.. . Enhanced by the warmth and knowledge of the reception and other hotel staff Highly recommended

Great staff comfy beds and pool so all in all fantastic value

Stay was great..breakfast was fantastic...room was great ...beds were comfy ..bathroom was very clean...staff were very friendly and helpful..used the swimming pool which wasn't too many people using it at one time....the only one comment will make is that part of carpet was stained with food.4/5rating for that one...everything else was very clean .which carpet should have been cleaned...

I suggest you don't book this hotel during holidays!! I changed rooms three times, from 215 to 403 to 111. See the pictures and videos for the hygiene conditions!! Although I often stay in this hotel on business trips, I was really angry this time! I have never seen such a hygiene standard in a 4-star hotel!!! The front desk said it was Easter holiday, no one cleaned the room, and their attitude was extremely impatient. This service score is entirely for Ctrip customer service who helped me throughout the whole process!! It's really too bad!

The hotel is a bit old, but it still has all the necessary facilities. The price may be a bit expensive because it is located in a highland, much higher than in winter. It is quite convenient to eat at KFC opposite!

This hotel is perfect. The price is right. There is ample parking. Great breakfast! It's perfect for a one-night self-drive stop in Inverness! There is also dinner downstairs, and there is KFC opposite. If you are tired from playing all day, it is really great to live here!

There is a bus stop at the door, snacks are sold downstairs, and there is KFC opposite. I rented a car from the airport and parked it directly outside the hotel. There is no extra parking fee, which is good.

The room is not soundproof. This is the most exaggerated hotel I have stayed in so far.

It's a little far away from the main city, it takes about 40 minutes to walk. There was no air conditioning in the room and it happened to be a little hot, so I turned on the fan all night.
