This apartment hotel is excellent value for money. For just a few hundred yuan, you get a sauna, a pool, a hot tub, and a lawn behind the house where you can watch the sunset. There's a natural lake pool right next to it. It's close to Munich Airport and Salzburg, and there are also large supermarkets nearby. The prices are very reasonable.
It's an apartment hotel with kitchenettes in the rooms (a great help for Chinese stomachs). There's no service at all. Check-out is at 10 AM, and check-in is between 4 and 6 PM. I really don't understand how two hours is enough for anything. Fortunately, check-in is self-service. Just find your room and walk in.

I recommend this to those who are visiting Berchtesgarden with a rental car with children. It takes a few dozen minutes to drive, but it was nice to be able to feel the beauty of the Alpine Road. You can use the trekking and exercise facilities near the village, and the bicycle path is especially well-made. There is also a mart at the entrance to the village, so it is very convenient for shopping. It is very quiet, the walking path is well-made, and the sauna facility is available. You can cook simple meals in the room. My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and had a very comfortable stay.

A great family oriented building with a large green space. The kitchen is small but very functional. A great home base for an amazing area with lots of day trip options. The village is small and peaceful.

A lovely place to stay
A lovely comfortable apartment. Well equipped kitchen with coffee maker and kettle. Even supply tea towel, washing up liquid and dishcloth. Specious and friendly owner. Beautiful countryside around. Handy for visiting Salzburg.

Disappointing
I'll start with the positives - the sauna and the pool were excellent. Inzell is a nice little town with marvellous scenery and some good restaurants.
Despite there being spare rooms, I was given one of the pokey ones. The kitchenette is very basic - one has to pay more for a toaster etc. There was a bucket on the stairs for four days to catch drops from a roof leak, though it was being repaired as I left.
My biggest "disappointment" was caused by my computer being unable to connect to the incredibly slow wireless (my phone did). I politely asked (in German) the Chap on Reception if the Router could be briefly switched on and off and was greeted with a loud, indignant "Nein" and a volley of "rhetoric".
I suggested that he sued whichever charm school taught him his customer engagement skills but I'll not return to find out...
