At Ipoh, this will be the hotel I book for all the time, it is not a new hotel but it is very well maintained and strategically located at the city heart.

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel offers excellent facilities, a great location, and very friendly staff. The price is affordable and the place is very convenient. Highly recommended!

Very satisfied. The room was spacious. Great value for money, especially with breakfast included. The room had complete amenities. The hotel is close to a supermarket and eateries. It's easy to get around. There's covered parking. The only minor issue was a sewer smell in the toilet when we first entered the room, before we even used it. After a while, the smell faded. Overall, good.

This is my husband n me favourite hotel. We already checked in here for several time. Included my friends and my big family. Sarapan nice especially when they serve soup at the corner. The teh tarik amazed. Recommended.

Very old hotel, room has bad smell & pretty bad cleanliness. Not advisable to stay in his hotel. Requested for extra water but staff claimed that need extra charges

Drive to town is near but nearby also got some shop to eat like ********* shop and Japanese shop Overall not bad

The hotel staf very nice and solve the problem immediately when i complaints say the bed got problem and change to new room as well. Thanks!!!

Room is big and clean, delicious food at the cafe with big portion, overall satisfying with reasonable price

This hotel definitely worth the price. I love the room so much, spacious and clean. Will stay in this hotel whenever I come to ipoh.

It's a good hotel. Location is next to a big road close to the Chinese street with great food and not a long Grab ride from the centre. However, walking by the big road isn't great. Hotel is well taken care of, although there are many tiny issues that could be pointed out. However, room was clean and spacious and place was friendly and it was a happy stay. The only thing I'll mention is the coffee. I'm a person who can drink almost anything, but the brew served at this hotel was really not up to my taste. Perhaps somebody likes coffee like this, who knows.

This hotel is quite far from Ipoh town centre. But near a Chinese neighborhood Botanic Gardens. So to get Chinese food is basically no problem. Breakfast provided by hotel is very limited and food quality is average. The size of the room is big but you need to bring your own toiletries. The AC in the room is very noisy.

Overall, the stay was okay with some positives and areas that need improvement. The main issue was the air-conditioning in the bedroom, which was not cold. The hotel arranged a room move, but unfortunately the second room had the same problem. Credit to Maintenance staff Akif, who did a good job checking the air-conditioner and refilling the gas — his effort is appreciated. The front office service was excellent. FOA Cheryl provided very good customer service from check-in until check-out. She was professional, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile, which made a great impression. The room felt spacious, and the living area was cool, but the bedroom remained warm throughout the stay, which affected comfort. Breakfast had limited variety, and the taste could be improved. However, the welcome tea time upon check-in was lovely and a nice touch. With better air-conditioning and improved breakfast quality, this hotel would be much more enjoyable.
