Location is central to most attractions. Walk to the old town within 2km. Spas and eateries are nearby. The unit is clean and spacious for a deluxe twin room.

We stayed at the AC Suite for 4 nights. Below are our comments and opinions. The positive : - Good and central location. Walking distance to the largest mall in Ipoh and plenty of good food places. - Nice, clean lines and modern design. - The suite is very spacious, consisting of a sitting area, bedroom, walk in closet, full bathroom and powder room. - King size bed is good and generally comfortable. I find the pillows too soft, not a negative comment but this is just my preference. The negative : - Checking in and out took longer than expected or necessary. - Room amenities could be much improved such as bathrobes, have a hand towel and soap in the powder room will be nice. - The floor in the room which is timber look-alike vinyl tiles can be kept a bit cleaner, I find it slightly dusty. Otherwise the overall is positive and will recommend this place.

Comfortable and modern stay right in the heart of the city. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it ideal for both business and leisure trips. What truly stood out was the excellent service , especially from front desk staff Kai Jun, who was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the stay. His warm hospitality made the check-in experience smooth and welcoming. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and a touch of genuine care.

The location is great which located next door of Ipoh Parade Mall with about 5 mins walking distance. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Even we did not use the facilities but have the swimming pool view which looks very nice as well. Highly recommend my friends or families to stay here if visiting Ipoh again.

Pleased with everything esp service & location & facilities. They have pickleball courts and amazing soap! Also a good gym. But they don’t have bath robes. Nonetheless, will surely stay again!

Centralised location, with a nearby mall, massage shops within walking distance. Even if you want to try out famous local food places, they are just a quick grab ride away. Pretty environment, good pool view from the room (if good weather, will be able to catch sunrise) and helpful hotel staff too.

The hotel is new, clean, comfortable, with good facilities. The gym is 24-7! The choice for breakfast buffet could be more variety. Location is great with nearby local food. Provide complimentary parking. Helpful staff. Requested for high floor but I didn’t get it in the end.
