The 2nd Bedroom has 1 Full bed with a Single bunk bed above. The hall way has a full bathroom including a soaker tub only with a hand held wand shower attachment. You'll have the apartment to yourself. This is a lakefront property on Lake Norman with easy access to Hwy I-77 (1.4 miles) , a Harris Teeter grocery store (1/2 mile), and many restaurants within 2 miles (several restaurants on lakefront within 3 miles). This private apartment is perfect for couples needing to get away, small families of 5 or less, or for someone with a short term work contract or longer business stays. The rental was beautiful and very clean. My teenagers loved using the kayaks and paddle board and they did a lot of fishing off the dock. We would definitely stay here again!

So quiet and peaceful yet close to anything you want to do. The apartment was beautifully decorated and great for a couple or family. The hosts thought of everything you might need.

Repeat Visit
We enjoyed our first visit so much last year that we returned for another visit. The kayaks, paddle board, and basketball hoop made it hard for our kids to leave the property. A great trip, and the hosts are very kind and provide much more than the typical basics.

Great stay
Trish is a thoughtful and wonderful host and the apartment has such beautiful and thoughtful touches. We had a lovely time and our two young boys had an especially great time playing in the yard and in the lake.

Aug vac w my Daughter.
I just got home from my trip back in NY. So this is about my fifth vacation rental. I have done over the last 3 to 4 years. This trip I let my daughter pick the place which was a little nerve-racking. And due to an unfortunate personal matter after booking we had to change and rearrange the days, which after speaking to the host, Trish worked out perfectly. So we were already off to a great start. This year my daughter brought a friend. When we arrived at the rental, we were delighted. It was a perfect little neighborhood close to the main roads and things that we already had knowledge of. We walked into the rental, which was the second floor above a garage and it was absolutely perfect. Everything looked brand new perfect amount of space, with a huge deck overlooking the lake/Cove as we settled in and started unpacking. We started making a list to go food shopping for the rental had all brand new appliances. Naturally, the girls walk down to the lake and the host. Trish and her husband Bob came over very nice people and ironically they came from New York as well. Unfortunately we had to leave at the end of the vacation but definitely recommend this rental as we are planning to go back in April, possibly if not, definitely in August again.
