Хорошее место, удобное расположение. Есть все необходимое. Заезд/выезд дистанционный, что очень удобно. Чистота не очень порадовала. Полы были грязные, носки у детей тому подтверждение. В целом очень не плохо для транзитных туристов

酒店的前台不知道在哪，在樓下等了一個小時，正好碰上服務員才辦理了入住。除了在樓下等別無他法，打電話是機器人接聽。
其他方面都很好，我們住在7層73號。房間寬敞明亮，沙發床打開可以住4個人。廚房可以做飯，餐具齊全。樓下有超市，購物方便。

К сожалению, на указанный в бронировании номер телефона не удалось дозвониться по поводу выдачи ключей, пришлось отменить бронь и ехать в другой отель. А Ctrip не отменил бронь вовремя и списал деньги. Никому не советую выбирать этот мотель.
Unfortunately, we couldn’t get through to the phone number indicated in the booking regarding the issue of keys, so we had to cancel the booking and go to another hotel. But Ctrip did not cancel the reservation on time thr App and wrote off the money. I do not advise anyone to choose this motel.

Самые красивы, уютные и чистые апартаменты в городе. Отзывчивый персонал, удобное бесконтактное заселение и отличное расположение. Можно и до набережной прогуляться и в кино сходить, до Модного квартала пешком минут 15 . Спасибо большое за гостеприимство.

Как на фото, но грязно, очень не опрятно, даже мыла нет. После долгой дороги с Байкала, сразу, пошла в душ, оказалось что он сломан и вода струей бьет из стены. Уехала в отель Сотрудники « Байкал стори» не извинились.

Бронировали Baikal Story в Иркутске, номер " Балерина" на 17 ночей. Номер очень чистый, уютный, комфортный. Панорамное окно на Ангару в одной из 2-х спален, балкон. Кровати большие, удобные, постель белоснежная. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым: посуда, микроволновка, плита, холодильник, духовка, кофемашина. В санузле большая душевая кабина, стиральная машина, новая сантехника. Менеджер, или хозяка отеля, Алена, очень приятная в общении, всегда готова помочь, на связи 24/7.Спасибо ей огромное. Всем желающим посетить Иркутск, рекомендую этот отель. Зимой снова планируем поездку в Иркутск, и останавливаться будем, однозначно, только здесь!
