The restaurant is good in terms of cuisine, service and prices. One of the disadvantages is audibility in the rooms. I would suggest to the owners that at least in the off-season it would make sense to accommodate guests through the room, so that there would be no such audibility through the holes with sockets.

We decided that we needed to try a new place, because... We've been to Marriott more than once. But, everything is in order: We arrived in the evening, at about 16-17 hours. The first impression is good. The staff at the reception were polite, they told us what and how, what time is dinner, what time is the sauna, etc. Room on the 6th floor with a river view, thank you for that! We entered the room and the first impression was ok. During operation, several disadvantages emerged... Sockets are overhead, which is not at all convenient. Perhaps overhead switches are convenient, but not sure. In short, minus... The shower in the bathroom is a different story. A leaking chandelier on top and that's it. You wash either with your head or your head. On the second day, my wife found a shower cap... For me, it’s not at all convenient... We didn’t come to the pool. It’s different for everyone, for me it may be a minus... The room is very stuffy... The window doesn’t open completely, only upwards. When you turn on the air conditioner, it blows like crazy... It's good that the temperature can be changed. Pros in the room: kettle, 2 mugs, 2 tea bags, soap accessories, good blanket, I really liked it. The rest is normal. Sauna: We went down to the reception and the administrator showed us out and explained everything. We went to the sauna, and there it was 50*... Well, okay, maybe that’s what you need... Small pool: very cold... From a word, absolutely... After the sauna, I don’t want to get into it... In 15 minutes before the end, they called and warned that time was running out. An employee came, checked and said that everything was fine. Let's go to the room. At 20:40 dinner in a restaurant on the 8th floor: We went up to the restaurant and this is the picture: the admin/employee is talking to some musician/presenter. There is a banquet in the restaurant. Nobody warned us about this.. It's a shame... Well, it happens. I approach the barge and stand there waiting for people to pay attention to me. 20-30 seconds pass, I say: “Hello/Good evening.” Only after that do they notice me. I say that we are at the restaurant at 8:40. And the girl took us not to the restaurant, but to a separate room, along the corridors, directly opposite the kitchen. We open the room and the air conditioner is on, it’s crazy, and it’s cold... They brought what we had previously ordered in advance. Steamed fish is not salted at all. Fish with bones, cold... When consumed, they found a plastic bag measuring 1cm x 1cm. This is the first time in my memory... Dinner also includes cheesecake. But for some reason there is no tea or anything to wash it down with. Also no napkins... The cheesecake was taken to the room. At least there is tea there. Breakfast was brought in the morning. But for some reason they didn’t provide the equipment... A few minutes later, they brought it... It’s strange, of course. In the evening I ordered an omelette for breakfast... They brought something similar on a bun, without taste and also not salty. But my wife got vegetables that were over-salted. The chef from the kitchen apparently has problems with salty food. I don’t want to seem like a bad person, but alas and ah. The hotel is not suitable for 4*. The next day, after dinner at the “restaurant,” I began to feel sick and felt weak. Also raised

В Иркутск приехала в командировку на 2-3 дня. В целом отель произвёл неплохое впечатление: ненавязчиво обслуживание, приятно удивили цены в ресторане, вполне комфортные номера. Подробнее о плюсах и минусах: + удобное расположение Комфортные номера Доступные цены - Отсутствует возможность где либо разогреть еду. На весь отель нет ни одной микроволновки - Ледяные завтраки : холодные омлет и яишница, холодные сосиски, прохладная рисовая каша с комками. Никогда за 35 лет не видела рисовую кашу с комками, тут увидела. Отсутствие альтернативной каши, она каждый день одна и та же. - Холодный лифт. Вид из него красивый, на реку, но в нем очень холодно.

я остановилась в номере семейный люкс 07 сентября 22го года. номер нормальный, но конечно не люкс уровня. нормальный стандартный двухкомнатный номер с видом во двор. удивило то что когда убрали номер мне не положили новый пакетик чая. когда я позвонила на ресепшен и попросила принести чай - мне сказали что чай платный и стоит 40 рублей.... у меня был шок)) 10000руб в сутки за номер и при этом чай комплиментарно кладется в количестве двух пактеиков и больше не докладывается.... путешествую много но столь мелочного отношения не встречала никогда. спорт зала нет. беговая дорожка и велотренажер стоят просто в коридоре где номера и не располагают к тому чтобы ими воспользоваться. при заезде мне не сказали в какие часы завтрак и когда в 10.30 утра я позвонила узнать во сколько завтрак и включен ли - мне ответили да включен, но уже закончился. Все, даже не спросили хочу ли я заказать завтрак в номер и т.п. в общем сервис - просто трындец... рассчитан на оооочень не искушенного клиента. точно не вернусь сюда. Вечером на спа пойду, посмотрим чем там порадуют..)))

Приехали с семьей из другого города, очень долго искали, выбирали отель. Выбор пал именно на Северное море! Потому что здесь есть все для прекрасного отдыха и полной перезагрузки. Мы сходили в сауну, хорошо прогрелись, потом вкусно поужинали и отоспались, как никогда!) Отличное место!
