Waited at airport for shuttle for 45 mins outside super cold at night.
Wake up call set but never call.
Coffee missing 1 set of cream and sugar.
Run out of shower gel.
Hotel to Airport shuttle runs every 40 mins.
Good hotel for transit but with this price, services to be improved
