Horrible customer service not friendly very rude! No ice! Bed linens, towels very dingy and stained as if they were barely washed.

We didn’t even finish our stay. When arrived not only was the front desk dry and made it a hard time to check in. After checking in, we went to the room and it was smoky (how for a nonsmoking room) and unkept.
We requested a refund and was told they could not provide that but we could stay the night and cancel the next two nights. We said no and felt unsafe, which in turn we given the same dry response - he could not help.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Worst experience I’ve ever experienced.
