SpringHill Suites Pittsburgh Monroeville

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Decent for price point.

Hotel was not what I was expecting, night auditor was extremely rude and stereotyping guests, room had bugs in the corners and behind the desks. Rooms clearly had not been cleaned thoroughly because left over liquor, empty liquor bottles and standing water was there during our stay. Spoke with front desk attendant about the night auditor and the room and was told they are used to complaints about that employee and that the manager was likely not going to do anything. After my stay I realized I left a fire stick and one of my guest who was a child, lost their necklace in one of the rooms. I called the hotel the next morning to inquire about the items and to speak with the manager since she was not available during my stay, to speak with another front desk attendant that took my information and told me that the manager of the housekeeping department would reach out to me, since my room hadn’t been rented out yet. I had received no call or contact and this same routine went on for three days. After the third day and not getting a return call EVER, I figured housekeeping kept those items and that the front desk attendant was right about the manager… in other words NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!

Hotel was clean and location was great for my trip. Sink drain was slow. A little noisy in the evening due to children running up and down the hallway.

There was a lot of thing out of order. The ice macines on every floor and the cold drink cooler was broken.

The great amenities, exemplary services, and prime location! I highly recommend SpringHills Suites Pittsburgh Monroeville for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up!

Despite the close proximity to the Turnpike, the traffic noise wasn’t bad. The hotel was packed, but it handled the crowd pretty well.
