The building is very old and newly painted. The room is very small and newly painted, so it is full of paint smell. It is very uncomfortable. There are only two showers, but one of them is broken during our stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mánagisting Guesthouse, a perfect respite after a week of camping. It has all the amenities you could wish for; access to washing machines and dryer, shared kitchen and bathroom facilities on each floor of the house, a very nice backyard, and super comfortable beds. The building itself is very charming, a well kept-up old house, conveniently located close to downtown Ísafjörður. We found Mánagisting to be authentic and representative of the spirit of Ísafjörður, its fishing heritage and raw beauty.

Really nice place in Isafjordur. Walking distance to everywhere. The room was super well stocked: fridge, stove, coffee, etc.

The property was clean, well located and the studio room with a small kitchen was great to have to cook for self. Food options and grocery were very close and easily walkable. Great spot.

We stayed in a studio. It has very thing that we needed from private bathroom, full kitchen, basic cookware etc. The building is a remodeled historic building, very charming. We stayed on the top floor with old staircase but we did not mind - just to enjoy the architecture. The only thing is shower head and bathroom heat did not function swell.
