Beautiful…. We use this hotel for work sometimes as the rooms feature our beautiful Keuco product in the bathrooms. It’s great for our customers to be able to use them personally. Rooms are beautiful, staff are great and the food is lovely! Only thing missing here for me is a gym! Beautiful spa area though! Looking forward to staying again soon.

It is a very nice hotel and very clean. I like the bath , very spacious rooms and a green surrounding to walk .the stuff was very helpful and check in & check out was very quick. The breakfast was also to our taste and well enough. Hope to stay longer next time.

Hotel is nice, modern. Rooms are clean and nice. The price is top end. I had a suite with sauna and paid close to €400 a night. The location is good and quiet. What was very disappointing was the staff and service. I want to emphasise that I believe it’s a management issue and not really a staff issue. Hotel is understaffed and everything feels rushed and not welcoming. Nobody helped with luggage. Staff asked me to take a trolly myself. I wanted to order room service and they didn’t want to do it and also told me they had no staff to bring the food to the room. When I complained and the lady realised that I am in a suite, she said OK, I try to manage to bring you a sausage which she did. When she delivered the food to the room she said: “especially for you and I hope I earned a credit from you now”. What a stupid comment to make. I blame the management for this mismatch of actually quality of the Hotel facilities, price and poor service. I heard a number of guests also complaining about the service.

we had a suite really spacious, beautiful view. the bed is very comfortable and the sofa also. the swimming pool and the sauna are really well designed and enjoyable in evening. the staffs are all friendly and helpful. And we enjoyed walks around

A very nice hotel with a beautiful wellness spa area. It's clean and the staff is friendly. The restaurant serves a good breakfast and dinner, too. You can take a lovely walk along the lake. We'll be back.

Wir waren für eine Nacht im modernen Teil des Hotels in einem KomForest Zimmer untergebracht. Hochwertig ausgestattetes, modernes Zimmer mit Weitblick und selbstgeröstetem Kaffee. Sehr freundlicher Check-In. Das Essen im „Fetten Förster“ war gut. Hervorzuheben ist der wunderschöne, gepflegte Saunabereich und das außergewöhnliche Wochenend-Wellnessprogramm. Bis ins Detail geplante, sehr professionelle Aufgüsse und Peelings für alle Sinne sorgten für maximale Entspannung. Sogar am Abreisetag ohne Aufpreis! Herzlichen Dank für den kleinen Urlaub! Wir kommen wieder!

Das Zimmer war für ein 4-Sterne Hotel eine absolute Zumutung. Keine Klimaanlage, direkt neben dem Wellnessbereich mit den entsprechenden Gerüchen und das Mobiliar aus den 80er Jahren. Ein Mineralwasser gab es auch nicht auf dem Zimmer, das musste ich an der Rezeption kaufen. Mag sein, dass bei der Buchung stand, dass das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage hat (bzw. Nicht dabei Stand dass es eine hat), aber aufgrund kurzfristiger Buchung nicht darauf geachtet. Ich würde von einem 4-Sterne Hotel soetwas nicht erwarten, ich denke die Fotos sprechen für sich - das war mein letzter Besuch. Das Restaurant war hingegen sehr gut und empfehlenswert.

Goed hotel, goede faciliteiten, gezellige sfeer, vriendelijk personeel, mooie omgeving, nette kamer met ruim bureau, TV, voldoende kastruimte, mini bar en broekenpers. Voldoende handdoeken, slippers en badjas. Mooie badkamer, afhankelijk van welke kamer je hebt, met Grohe SmartControl douche, ruim en verwarmd handdoekenrek. Voorzien van airco, wat nodig is. Hotel is heel warm, met name in de kamers. Ruim buitenterras.
