Guest House Chura Cucule Ishigakijima

Perfect for solo travellers. Super clean and the location is very convenient. The futon bed is comfortable. I am very happy everyone has their own private space. The only downside is that if you are unlucky with a noisy neighbors it could be a bit hard to sleep well.

I think it was great and well worth the money. The cabin is very spacious, the beds are clean although the location is a bit out of the way.

Great place for single traveller to stay and explore the Beauties of Ishigaki ! The guest house not only offers clean and tidy place to stay, but also provides many information about visiting islands . Come and feel it.

A bit of walk from the bus station but everything is great. For this price, I can’t ask better than this. Staff are very helpful.

Very clean and well organised. The guest house is kept spotless and has all that you may need. From the rooms which are very well organised and each person has his unique space kind of like a small room to himself, to the temperature of the aircon, which too often is kept very low, whereas here it is kept cool but not freezing. The service is very good, there is always someone in reception from 7AM to 11PM and they are always ready to help. Toilets are super clean and well kept, and you are given 2 towels daily for you to use. Also, if you stay more than 5 nights, you get a new set of bedsheets to use (you have to change them on your own). The kitchen is very well equipped and if you want to cook, they have all the necessary tools. Also, the common room is very well displayed, it is cosy and a nice space to socialize. An additional room to hang to dry wet clothes is outside of the back entry and can be very handy after a day at the seaside. Overall, one of the best guesthouses I have been in during my trip in Japan.

Very positive hostel experience. The bed space is enough and private even if not completely isolated. Shared spaces are very clean and follows high standards. Bike rental service easy and convenient. 10 minutes walking to pier or bus station.

The Staff is very polite and helpful. The private boxes are wide enough for a single person and the washrooms are clean as well. The stay was just a 10 minutes walk away from the port as well as the bus terminal. I had a very convenient and comfortable experience. Highly recommended if you are staying in Ishigakijima!

The place is well located, close to everything by foot. Room are clean, bathroom as well, which is quite rare for a guesthouse. Really friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend for travelers looking for a guesthouse in Ishigaki!
