The hotel itself is very comfortable, with a large public bath and other amenities. Watching the sunset from the beach was a real delight! The hotel restaurant offers many choices, and the BBQ is excellent value for money. It would be even more perfect if early check-in were flexible and free! I would definitely book again!"

"1. Advantages (1) The location is very good, on the main road in the city, surrounded by many restaurants and supermarkets, and close to the pier. The shuttle service is also convenient. (2) The dining area provides regular shochu, tea, and ice. 2. Disadvantages (1) On the day of check-out, I came back from sailing and used the bathroom on the first floor to pick up my luggage. I was charged 1,200 yen for two people. I was also a guest staying for a few days. The room cost 100,000 yen, and they were charged for using the bathroom. (2) I asked the front desk to help me book a sailing trip for the next day, but it was not possible. In the end, they said it was not possible."

Vending machines are on the second floor, and the microwave is on the third. Bicycles can be rented; a 6-hour rental costs around 70-80 yen, or about 25 yen per hour, but they must be returned around 7 PM. There's a diving club on the first floor, which is great for diving enthusiasts. Calling a taxi is convenient, but only in Japanese; you can ask the front desk for help. I forgot to ask about their English level; all communication was in Japanese."

"I rarely book international hotels and rarely leave reviews, but this one was truly terrible. Amenity: The decor isn't worth the price. See the pictures. The curtains offer no sun protection at all. Service: I had to book the island hopping tour at the front desk, and they were reluctant, saying they didn't understand English. I Googled Japanese translations, and 9 out of 10 questions were unanswered. I called the number, but no one answered. I called 050 and changed it to 080. Checking out at 10 AM was a new experience for me. The curtains were broken, waking me up at 6 AM every morning. Cleanliness: The towels had a hair on them. Amenities: My wife hit her head on the way out for two consecutive nights, and her head is now swollen. When I reported it to the hotel, they said they couldn't understand me. I was surprised by the soundproofing when the neighbors called at 3 AM."

"This is my second time staying at this hotel in Ishigaki Island. It's really rare to find a hotel in Japan with two beds, both 1.5 meters wide! The hotel's location is also great, close to the bus terminal and ferry port, making it convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. When taking the bus to the airport, you can usually get a seat as it's one of the earlier stops. I recommend buying the 5-day pass. Transportation on Ishigaki Island isn't very convenient, and there aren't many buses; only routes 4 and 10 have frequent services, while others might only run twice a day. There are several large supermarkets near the 3A supermarket on the island, making shopping easy. This time, we flew to Ishigaki from Tokyo and bought a lot of things in Tokyo, but we later found that most of those items were also available in the supermarkets on the island, so you can just shop before heading back."

"Great service, amenities, and location! There’s a tour desk that can help with planning tours and the hotel has everything you need to have a great relaxing stay. I appreciated the little things such as disposable toiletries, cell charger, pajamas, slippers, small store, restaurant / bar, etc… the spa and bath is also located indoor along with an outdoor pool. We rented a car which helped get around the island and location is convenient to drive to the port to take the ferry if needed. Thank you for a great stay!"
