Attended a wedding; property was nice - standard American style all-inclusive. Beach was lovely.
Food was extremely poor at all the restaurants, they couldn’t even make coffee right. The coffee shop lady microwaved my smoked salmon bagel, the teppanyaki chef cooked all the dishes with the same ingredients, buffet at the main restaurant recycled food through the day. It was concerning when a group of us had stomach issues. It was just really disappointing given the prices. Stay away from room service, it was so bad.
Our bathroom was moldy, the bathtub leaking and unusable, sink holder was so rusty it fell off.

close the beach, cleaing it's o.k , but leaking on shower fauect. i was request fix it, but they didn't .
also, all local activity place, too far away .

I absolutely loved staying at this resort! 5 days was not enough for everything it had to offer. The rooms were definitely the spotlight. I loved how they are designed. The staff was very friendly, they always asked if my 7 month old baby needed purées. I only had the opportunity to visit both the Italian and steak house restaurants which were both delicious.

The accommodation was excellent, making it one of the best vacations I’ve had so far. However, the Mughlai Indian restaurant on the property was disappointing. The staff lacked customer service skills, my order took two hours, and the food did not resemble authentic Indian cuisine. As an Indian myself, I can attest that it fell far short of genuine Indian flavors.

From the very beginning everyone was so friendly and professional would definitely visit again the rooms were very nice and clean activity staff was very nice I highly recommend that Chic show the food was good and all the areas of restaurants that I visited from the buffet staff to each restaurant all were just excellent front desk service always accommodating

Terrible customer service
Lights would turn on and off on the bathroom, almost slip a couple times because it was dark.
Couldnt use umbrella even on a sunny day.
Food tasted frozen.
Rooms was hot and smelled like mold

It gives you the feeling of a small village where everybody is greeting eachother specially all staff members even the mechanicians!!
The front desk Ale was very thoughtful and contacted me on daily basis .
Also the manager Sarah was helpful and was engaged to solve any issues I would have .
The management team of the restaurant EL DORADO Treated us very nice specially our last night
Also the manager came to the table and we were offered a desert differently than from the classic Menue . It was a really special week for all 4 of us !!
It couldn’t have been better.
