Very nice hotel with an excellent staff (Christian, Alex, J’aime and Luis) to named only them. It is a calm and small hotel. Perfect to wind down. Food was great, only down side is that there is only 4 restaurants, in which 2 offer a very similar menu.
I would recommend this hotel.

The best all inclusive resort , very easy check in , great room , so friendly staff , great service , delicious food at all fancy restaurants , unlimited drinks and the best cocktails, restaurant no reservations and best services , they even arranged a wonderful birthday dinner, definitely I will stay here again

This property is listed as a 5 star property and it is not. It is severely dated, the common area furniture is stained and looks old as well as all the furniture in the room.

Everything about it was amazing. Excellent and luxury fine dining, excellent customer service, peacefully and relaxing. Exactly what we are looking for. We will definitely come back. It was perfect for our honeymoon!

We loved our stay at Beloved, the resort and beach are beautiful, the staff very attentive and the food was great. The spa hydrotherapy treatment was also a highlight.

This property was beautiful and romantic. Everything was designed to be relaxed yet sexy for a perfect couples retreat. We enjoyed a week with no children around! The grounds were well maintained and the food was delicious at each restaurant. We look forward to returning in the future.

Pros
- 30-40 mins from airport
- Small resort (only about 110 rooms)
- Friendly staff
- No reservations required at restaurants
- Delicious street taco truck for lunch
- Easy late “check out” process (had to check out of the room, but they let you eat/drink all day and shower at the spa for no additional cost)
- Comfortable beach beds
- No wristbands!
- Cool electric violinist poolside
- Nobody tried to sell us a timeshare (not even sure if they offer them?)
Cons
- Really sea****-y beach (maybe just time of year? we visited in Nov)
- Mediocre-to-terrible food (if you consider yourself a foodie at all, this is not the place for you. most drinks were super sweet, most food was super bland. avoid the sushi bar at all costs)
- Standard rooms are dated and poor (first one smelled terribly like mildew, second one had an AC unit that was constantly banging)
- Lack of communication among staff (had to talk to 5 people just to get someone to hold our bags until our new room was ready)
- Over-eager management always interrupting when you’re mid-meal or trying to relax at the beach to ask how things are
- Menus are all in your app and there’s no other way to know what’s being served (I was hoping to detox from my phone on vacation)
