Сам отель старый, немного не хватает лоска. Он не так плох как может показаться на первый взгляд. Да, это не 4 звезды. Перед отелем пыльно и много мусора.
Местоположение - до торгового центра было рядом, легко дошли пешком, рядом много магазинчиков и аптек.
Но отель расположен между двумя трассами.
Ночью шумно, общий фон городского шума, над нами ночью 2 раза включали то ли турбину то ли генератор - все стены вибрировали - продолжалось пару минут.
Еще минус - нет чайника в номере - только вода.
Сервис вроде нормальный, стараются. Только не понятно с трансфером в аэропорт - мы заказали на ночное время, сначала подтвердили -потом позвонили сказали что в ночное время не возят - нужно было сразу предупредить.
Номер светлый, просторный, полы очень чистые! Впервые сталкиваюсь с такими чистыми полами - приятно было ходить босиком в номере.
Полотенца невероятно чисты и белые.
Было бы неплохо добавить наматрасник на матрас.
Горячей воды не было, только теплая или слегка теплая.
В целом на ночь переночевать нормально.

Crown Plaza Hotel is best place to stay in Islamabad. One should experience. I like specially the food of Crown Plaza Hotel and the service's the gave was excellent and matchless with any other hotel in twin cities. Go and enjoy there with your friends and family.
