You'll find new interior paint, carpet, furniture, and decor. The full-service kitchen has an electric stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and all utensils, including new silverware, plates, cups, and glasses. Towels and washcloths are also provided. This property has new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, new flooring, a north porch and deck, a workstation, and lake views from the kitchen, north porch, deck, and huge yard. Enjoy outdoor activities with a private fire pit on the lakeshore, which includes a stainless steel grill option over the fire pit. There is also a gas grill on the deck, a picnic table, and six new HDPE Adirondack chairs. The sunsets over Spider Island are truly spectacular. Protected boat launches are available nearby in Wahkon and Isle (minutes away), and the beautiful beach is nearly next door at Father Hennepin State Park. This property is conveniently located between towns for easy access to gas, groceries, and multiple dining options.
