Charming, dog friendly and affordable two bedroom/two bathroom downstairs of house, located at 215 Charleston Blvd., Isle of Palms, SC, is just a short walk to the beach! (See photo of beach access...just 449 feet) Only 0.5 mile to Sullivan's Island and 10 miles to downtown Charleston.
Features include: Ground floor for easy access, spacious, fenced backyard for dogs and deck with grill and room for dining, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, WIFI, cable television and DVD player in Living Room, Washer/Dryer. LINENS INCLUDED.
Both bathrooms are equipped small shower stalls but the rental also has a more spacious outdoor shower with hot water just for the downstairs rental.
Dog considered with a $175 non refundable pet fee. The pet option stating (YES) needs to be checked in order to bring your dog. Cute little house next to the beach
This little house was perfect for my family to stay in during our beach vacation, the owner was nice and gave us suggestions and helped when we needed it. We will stay again when visiting Charleston.

Perfect spot
My wife and I stayed at this charming house less than a block from the beach entrance and enjoyed our time. Priced well and a nice fenced in back yard.

Dialing it way back in Isle of Palms
Lee was a great host. His little 2bdrm beach house was very basic but the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the property is just a short block from the beach, making it a perfect location. Whether you want to chill on the island, or hang out in Charleston for the day, it was a perfect spot for our party of four.
