World-Class Service and Flavors at Sadaf Restaurant – Basqal Hotel We dined at Sadaf Restaurant in Basqal Hotel, where Mr. Emin took excellent care of us. He recommended the pumpkin soup, which was absolutely outstanding — rich, smooth, and full of flavor. Mr. Emin’s professionalism and attention to detail reflected true international-standard hospitality. It was a memorable dining experience that perfectly combines taste, elegance, and genuine care.

The place itself is quite nice — clean rooms, comfortable setup, and a generally pleasant atmosphere. However, the service was extremely disappointing. Several staff members were disrespectful and unprofessional throughout our stay, which ruined what could have been a good experience. To make matters worse, we ordered a teapot and waited over 90 minutes for it to arrive. We asked nearly ten times, but it was never delivered. Even after multiple reminders, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. It’s unfortunate, because the hotel has potential — but unless management seriously improves staff training and customer service, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values professionalism and respect.

Large rooms, great mountain views, fairly good transport accessibility, great khash for breakfast, excellent children's area and walking area in the forest, panoramic views from the restaurant, nice spa area but not enough staff there
