I am very impressed as to the locale of the hotel. The vast mountains and beautiful greenry adds to the charm of a quaint northwest resort. The staff are very well versed in words of courtesy, charm and wit. The staff go out of their way to help the guests in whatever queries and needs they have. The moment you enter the hotel, you are warmly greeted by the front desk; they're the gateway to favorable thoughts and appreciation for wht is about to lay before the guests in terms of days to come.

I knew this Hilton was a good choice starting with the warm check-in with Scott. EVERY area was spotless, refreshing and spacious. The ambiance throughout the hotel was very relaxing.

1. Swimming Pool and Hot Tub not available, had to walk to another hotel next door for access to their pool. 2. Wifi was down 3. Extra blanket arrived after multiple requests 4. No fan for the bathroom 5. Employee charging their vehicle, taking away experience from guests 6. No tea in the room as listed as a complimentary in-room amenity

Unlike other Hilton hotels, which offer free coffee and tea in the lobby, you have to buy them. The breakfast is also a bit simple. Other things are ok.

Beautiful environment, fresh air, mountains and lawns. The mountain mist outside the window is great. Convenient parking. 30 minutes from the airport. Very convenient.
