There is too much potential for damaging musical instruments and artwork and the vast expanse of glass windows is dangerous for a child if they fall. Additionally, we live below and despite the extensive soundproofing, impact noise from running feet permeates below. No parties, pets or smoking. Please do not use the grand piano and be extremely careful around the antique stained glass window. (provided there are no burn bans) fire pit is available !The bedroom is situated in the loft and requires you to climb a relatively steep set of library ladder stairs to access, but is very cozy. Old and arthritic people like myself can still get up there, but it’s not as easy as it used to be! :)There are tv’s both upstairs and downstairs and a comfortable electric fireplace provides both ambiance, and heat if desired.Guest accessGuest can access the loft from either the front or the back of the building with the same access code provided.
