Have stayed many times at this Ibis. Our recent stay was disappointing. Receptionist not welcoming. Spent much of his time on his phone, playing games or smoking outside. There was no white wine available. It sits next door to a large Carrefour. How difficult would it have been to buy a few bottles while awaiting delivery? Corner of duvet very grubby. Such a shame. It used to be a favourite.

I have stayed at four Ibis hotels in the last couple of weeks and the good quality and consistency is evident across France. You know hat to expect when you check in to these properties. I would recommend for business, casual or regular travellers.

This is a standard Ibis hotel with all the usual convenient facilities - comfortable beds, sufficient space and facilities in rooms, free wifi and a good breakfast. Ample parking. Snack food is available in the evening, or there is a grill next door. The hotel building itself is showing some signs of wear and could do with some refurbishment. There is no lift so if you struggle carrying luggage up stairs you should specify a ground floor room, The hotel is well located, amongst several other chain hotels, just off the motorway (although there was no intrusive noise overnight) and next to a Carrefour hypermarket. It is a short walk (15 minutes) from the charming centre of Issoire.

Stopped here recently at short notice when my trip was cut short due to a snow storm. Booked in late and the automated system was easy and straight forward. Room as expected for a Budget IBIS clean and tidy with a good shower and comfortable bed. The staff cam into their own when having left early and stopped a six hours later I realised I had left my expensive watch on my bed side table. That sick sinking feeling followed but to no avail. I spoke to Rose and I can only say what wonderful help and honesty she showed. I t was located posted with tracking and received back in the UK a week later. I have nothing but good words and a great deal of gratitude to the staff. My communication and experience with this establishment promotes positivity and faith in honest hard working people. Hôtel qui aurait besoin d'un peu de rénovation, surtout la salle de bain. Les joints de la porte de douche sont vraiment usés et l'eau coule partout. Manque d'insonorisation. En revanche, l'hôtel est propre et l'accueil correct. Literie confortable. La jeune femme du petit déjeuner est très efficace. En revanche, pas de pain frais au petit déjeuner, uniquement des morceaux de baguette de la veille et des viennoiseries. Le reste du petit déjeuner est classique. Pas de thé en vrac, ni d'œufs coque. Œufs brouillés corrects.

Venu passer la nuit en descendant en Lozère déçu clim enfin plutôt ventilateur ,toilette et douche faut être large d'épaule sinon mission pour y enter et sortir sinon le jeune homme de l'accueil sympa poli courtois un pro et le petit déj top renvoyer votre copie pour ce prix la

Hotel très mal insonorisé ! le bruit perceptible de la rocade est sans commune mesure avec les bruits des clients qui passent dans le couloir: on entend les gens parler et marcher sur un parquet bruyant comme si ils étaient dans la chambre. La lumière du couloir n'est pas filtrée non plus même la porte fermée, ce qui est d'autant plus pénible que la lumière s'allume par intermittence aux passages des clients. Le surmatelas est plus petit que le matelas, la salle de bains est exigüe ... Bref comme dirait ma femme nous aurions franchement mieux dormi dans la voiture sur une aire d'Autoroute. C'est vraiment à éviter Et comme par hasard le site Accor ne m'a pas sollicité pour donner mon avis, alors qu'il le fait systématiquement sur mes autres nuitées...

Honnêtement, l’un des meilleurs hôtels que j’ai pu tester, une nuit et un personnel agréable, au service et à l’écoute. Les repas sont bons, les lieux sont propres et accessibles. Je vous recommande fortement.

Le minimum requis pour passer la nuit ni plus ni moins, sans pour autant chercher beaucoup de confort (lit uncomfortable à mon goût). Par contre le petit déjeuner pourrai être bien amélioré en terme de contenu. Il est à noter que l'hôtel est bien positionné: prés de l'autoroute et plusieurs restos à proximité.
