We had a pleasant stay at this hotel and overall it was a comfortable place for families with children. There was one issue when we arrived — the light in our room was broken and some glass pieces were on the floor. Unfortunately, our child stepped on the glass and had a small cut. We immediately informed the hotel staff, and we truly appreciate how quickly and professionally they handled the situation. They changed our room right away and made sure we were comfortable. Despite this incident, the hotel was cozy, calm, and suitable for staying with children. The staff were helpful and responsive, which made us feel well taken care of. Thank you for your support.

Was very very disappointed with this apartment As what we should have recieved we didn’t receive Firstly very dirty terrace was discusting with dirty underwear etc init from last customers the terrace floor also furniture discusting The rooms floors full off dust Only 2 towels between 4 people As shown on amenities Robes Slippers kitchen cutlery’s and cleaning products also swimming available We had none off that As the first even I called them like 3/4 times to sort the issues nobody bothered Reception not helpful at all We had brown water coming out off tapes Very very disappointed

Big rooms and friendly staff I forgot the name of the male front desk staff member in the evening but he was truly fantastic. Welcomed me kindly to the hotel and upgraded me to a nicer room. The room was huge and had everything I needed for my stay
