The location is good, right next to the subway station. There are many shops around, but it is a little far away from convenience stores or supermarkets.
The hotel is very new overall and has good facilities. Compared with many old hotels around it, it is much better.
The hotel service is impressive. There will be someone to check the room, provide enough water, capsule coffee, welcome fruit (5 pieces), and constantly replenish disposable slippers and various toothbrushes for washing. Among the many European hotels I have stayed in, it is very good.

No breakfast coz the restaurant is closed although I paid for a bed and breakfast.. lights turn off on their own many times!! Ac is always not working until I call them!! Knocking on walls!! Food from room service made me sick all night! Terrible experience I didn’t feel safe

We stayed in Hallmark Hotel & Spa-Istanbul for a total of 7 days (May 18-20 and May 26-31, 2024). The staff in the hotel are wonderful people, from their two managers to all receptionists, like Alihan:-). They are the nicest individuals and professionals you can find in Turkey. They know their jobs and do the jobs so well. The breakfast was very good. The room is very new, large, clean and well-maintained. All staff members are polite, respectful and kind too. Alihan and the manager even prepared bagged breakfasts for us because we had to check out early. The surroundings are perfect for tourists with many best restaurants and transportation options. I would strongly strongly recommend this hotel. Hope to meet Alihan and two managers again in the near future. Dr. Peter Gu

The hotel is boutique and extremely well laid out. We stayed in the executive suite- the bed was absolutely comfortable and everything we needed was there. The staff are friendly, courteous and efficient. Especially one of the managers ( Vedat ) He went above and beyond to help

I hope it will affect the tourism industry, but we celebrated a children's birthday there today!!! 🎈🙏 incredible staff 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 we had a great time, thank you very much, very gentlemen, it's wonderful!!! We were very happy. !!! Thank you Hallmark 🙏 I definitely recommend it to everyone 🫶 their cuisine is also very delicious 👍
