Booked 2 rooms, but one day later they said one room was full and cancelled my order. The staff is ok, but the hardware is really bad.

It is relatively close to Istanbul Airport, about 15 minutes by taxi, and there is no traffic jam. The hotel is relatively new, the service is good, and there are slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo and conditioner. Overall, it is good and cost-effective.

Clean room, convenient location

Stayed at the Elite Port Hotel between flights. For these purposes, it’s simply an ideal option, because the price-quality ratio is excellent!!! The price for accommodation is reasonable, and the hotel is new and modern. When I was looking for options for an overnight stay, I came across conflicting information about the distance from the airport to this hotel. In reality, the taxi ride takes 15 minutes. The cost of a taxi from the hotel to the airport is 20 euros. The rooms are small, but have everything you need. I was pleased with the bathroom - modern, stylish. A very decent hairdryer, which you don’t always find even in expensive hotels, a cool shower cabin and good quality bath cosmetics. Breakfast at the hotel starts at 7-00 and no lunch boxes are provided. Please take this into account when leaving early. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception. The hotel staff are pleasant, friendly people. In general, I strongly recommend the hotel for a rest between flights!

Вернулись в номер и обнаружили, что вещей нет. Мы обратились на стойку регистрации, нам сказали, что наши вещи вынесли в подвал. Вернули частично. Они украли детские игрушки, зарядные устройства расческу, сладости и даже средства личной гигиены. Не возместили ни материальный ни моральный ущерб. Улыбаясь в глаза говорили, что этих вещей в номере не было. Это чистой воды аферисты, которые воруют вещи в номере, пока нет посетителей! Дети расстроились, так как украли их любимые игрушки! Директор не стал вызывать персонал для объяснения и возврата вещей, сказал, что так бывает и возвращать нам ничего не будут!
