This is a 4-star hotel. It is unacceptable that such a hotel does not have air conditioning. It is impossible to sleep at night, it is very warm even with the window open. I called the reception and they told me that the air conditioner was not working, I could only use it for heat. The receptionist's response was very rude. The hotel is located on the main boulevard, and it is very noisy. This is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. I am very disappointed ! This is the reason for my low rating... the air conditioning.

There was no a/c and the room was warm. I was told to open the window. Directly opposite was an arterial road, train station and bus depot. A road was being rebuilt and jack hammerind and compaction from a drum roller could be heard all night. I didn’t sleep for 3 days. One morning there was no water and I couldn’t shower or flush my toilet till after 10am. The buffet was overcrowded at night with a travel tour and I was forced to order room service at an additional 10%. I was out in this hotel to recover from a procedure so I wasn’t able to leave. I had a friend visit and they charged her 90 euro to stay 1 night. Staff was unwilling to help at any time.
