Amazing service from Trip. From web chat to app updates on flights and status. The booking process was simple. I did both hotel and flights. I knew which one I wanted to book and it was the cheapest on Trip. I stayed at Yasmak SUltan hotel. Ideal location and service. Can’t fault the stay, flights or location. (Pegasus is very basic but if you’ve flown with easyJet or RyanAir then you’ll know)

Excellent Location by walk you can go all the beautiful places and all near by you, and Friendly and Very Helpful Staff Specially Mr. Engin who help lot. The breakfast is superb more than 30 items 👌 highly recommend.

Always a good stay here. Most of the staff are friendly and the roof top terrasse is very nice. The relax bath should have been warmer. We will be back.

Great location, friendly staff, room is good, hotel has all facilities that you need during your stay. Rooftop restaurant with the best view.

It was not check-in time when we arrived at the hotel on the first day, but the journey was very hard. The staff was really nice in getting me checked in.

The hotel is in a great location on a relatively quiet street close to the major sites. Two issues to flag : 1-wifi in the room was pretty bad; 2- on at least three of the five nights I stayed there, I woke in the middle of the night to a very strong cigarette smell filling the room.

I liked the location and breakfast buffet.
We booked the family room - bathroom in 1 bedroom was like an airplane toilet or worse. The room and bathroom were tired. Doors did not close. Also room is quite tight compared to EU standards.
