Stayed in a family connecting room. Two bedrooms, one bedroom: one large bed, one small bed. Second bedroom: one queen bed. It's okay for four people. The room was quite clean. The staff at this hotel are extremely welcoming! It’s so enthusiastic that I feel a little embarrassed, hahaha. There is also free breakfast in the morning ~ quite good

Staff were not helpful toilet seat was broken, the bathroom was too small and old, wall plugs didn’t work and there was barely any space in the room and the neighbours were quite noisy.

We were here for a vacation and we get warmth like home. Very helpful and friendly staff, I must tell about Kadir. He helped us with good hints and advices to make our vacation more pleasant. We will definetly come back. Oh and I have to tell about the food: tasty and very specific.

были в отеле с 28.12.по 31.12.2023 Расположение отеля неплохое. Рядом метро Аксарай. До центра можно доехать на трамвае, остановка в 5-7 минутах ходьбы от отеля. Мы ходили неспеша пешком до центра . Отель для 2-3 ночей вполне подходит. Завтраки вкусные. 2 вида горячего омлета, оливки, сыры, выпечка, овощи. Все свежее и вкусное. Персонал доброжелательный.. Номер дали на 1 этаже. Обычный номер, тапочки, гель для душа, мыло, полотенца, чайник , растворимый кофе, чай в пакетиках. Воду не давали. Матрасы очень удобные. Кондиционером не пользовались. Слышимость в номерах отличная)) ощущение, что в твоем номере присутствуют соседи не покидало) Снизу до 12 ночи была слышна музыка, видимо из кафешек.
