We really liked staying here. Attended an event nearby so it was ideal. I must commend the exceptional service I received from the concierge and the lady who scans bags before entrance. They were so polite and helpful.

Good hotel. Location is ok but not ideal if you are going to istanbul tourist spots. Great rooms and views. Bathroom in room superb!

I would definitely book the same hotel again. Breakfast was great, spa is great, location is perfect. Hotel is always very clean. I recommend the hotel.

Great service, great people, great food, great rooms, great location, great value. This was the best hotel we ever found in instanbul after trying so many, we will come back here again and again and the gym was awesome. Even the roof top bar and the sushi resto was perfect. Still shocking at what an amazing value this hotel offers.

Super useful shuttle van to Zorlu. Mall, could be a little often, howewer.

The hotel is modern, and the design is beautifully done.
The room service kitchen is a disaster. The pizza tasted like cardboard, and the other dishes were very mediocre.
I categorically do not recommend the Turkish hammam with massage. The brush injured the skin on my back and moles. Upon returning to Luxembourg, I will urgently have to visit a dermatologist.
