Very nice place to stay in Istanbul for a fair price. The staff is very kind and professional. Good variety in the breakfast and comfortable room.
It was our second time in the city and also our second time in the hotel.

It was a very bad experience ever, rooms were not ventilated, bad services at all from all the stuff. Service in the room is so bad specially the heating system which you can feel you are in sauna and you cannot even sleep and team saying you can leave the hotel if you are not comfortable!!! Not even try to solve any problem also like the TV channels were not working as no signal also. The breakfast was very poor and most of the things were not included in the breakfast buffet. Treatment from the staff generally was so bad and it will not be recommended for anyone even if it’s one of cheapest options to stay but maybe now i know why it’s cheaper than others!!

Stayed there for 2 days. Friendly and helpful doorman helped us to carry the luggage to our rooms, he also serves during breakfast time.
Rooms are a little bit dark, bathroom mirror has no light. So women might consider this, if they need light in the bathroom for makeup.
Rain shower didn't work or at least i couldn't make it work, but it wasn't important for me, so I also didn't complain about it.
Rooms are clean in general, room service came twice just to make sure I was satisfied. You get 2 water bottles every day for free.
Breakfast was really nice, they have lots of choices, everything is clean and fresh. The staff is helpful and friendly. You can sit outside on the terrace on 9th floor, the view is nice, if not super perfect, but you sit under the blue sky and can enjoy your breakfast time.
Reception staff helped us to get taxis, worked fine.
Location of the hotel is very convenient, it is 5 minutes from Galata tower, and 5 minutes from Galata bridge. The Tünel train station is only 50 meters away and carries you up to Beyoglu station.
I would go back to this hotel, i don't regret it, I can recommend it. Next time I will probably stay in a different part of Istanbul, so I will search another hotel there.
Price/service ratio is quite good in this hote, in my opinion.

The staff was very nice and accommodating, apart from that the location of the hotel is ideal, since you can go anywhere with public transport, such as ferries, S-Bahn and U-Bahn.

The economy room has no windows! I originally booked for five nights. Due to a wrong itinerary, I communicated with the hotel to stay on the third night. The first two nights were canceled, and the hotel refused to agree, so forget it. After checking in, I found that the room had no windows. I finally stayed until the next day First thing in the morning, I went to communicate with the front desk to change the room. I charged me the money for the first two nights for nothing. The front desk still refused to change our room, and we must add more money. This is considered very impersonal in China, and they can do it. To put it bluntly, people’s rules are rules, but to put it bluntly, they just want to make more money, and they don’t plan to make money from repeat customers. Very bad feeling, the hardware is also very average, the toilet is dim, and I will never recommend anyone to stay.
