Забронировала номер в этом отеле, но когда приехала выяснилось, что мой номер сдан другим гостям из-за овербукинга, о котором мне не сообщили заранее. Отель предложил переселиться в соседний отель. Номер там был грязным и не соответствовал заявленным условиям. Предварительно меня не предупредили об этом, и из-за ситуации пришлось срочно искать другой отель. Не рекомендую этот отель из-за ненадежности и плохой организации. В возврате денег отель отказал, хотя в данной ситуации права я, как это и подтвердил агрегатор, через который я делала бронирование этого отеля

It’s a small and cosy hotel in a perfect area with plenty of historical landmarks nearby. The rooms care small but worm and clean. The staff are very kind. And I also liked their homemade breakfast

I was with my wife in this hotel March-April 2024. Ocean 7 has two features: a. a location, b. a service A. Hotel’s location is convenient for walking to a lot of tourist places. B. Manager - Azamat with his team tries to do everything for client’s comfort. If I come to Istanbul again with my son, I will stay in this hotel again.

Unfortunately this is the worst hotel i have ever been during my travels. Except the location which is good and receptionist who is very friendly, the accommodation is awful! It is dirty, everything looks damaged and the way they trying to repair or to hide things is shameful. Rooms are small beyond imagination and everything - from the water who is absent, sometimes , the rust, the smell and old and broken furniture - it was a total disappointment. And our expectations were not too high. Please do not stay here!

What a surprise when I stoped infront of the hotel after a long and narrow drive between the small streets . Every meter of my trip was payed out once I entered the boutique hotel . The staff so friendly speaking all the languages you need . Rooms clean and cozy . Price astonishing and affordable . Service respectful . Highly recommend to book and stay

Stayed in this hotel for 3 days in Dec 2021. Rooms are very small, beds are uncomfortable, linens & bathroom stinks, below par breakfast, no elevator and rude breakfast lady. We paid $175/night - not worth, changed hotels into 4 star one which costed me around $150/night....way better! Though the owner is nice, he should improve on the quality of amenities.
