I booked a room at this hotel, but when I arrived it turned out that my room was rented out to other guests due to overbooking, which I was not informed about in advance. The hotel offered to move me to a neighboring hotel. The room there was dirty and did not meet the stated conditions. I was not warned about this in advance, and because of the situation I had to urgently look for another hotel. I do not recommend this hotel due to unreliability and poor organization. The hotel refused to refund the money, although in this situation I am right, as confirmed by the aggregator through which I made the reservation of this hotel

It’s a small and cosy hotel in a perfect area with plenty of historical landmarks nearby. The rooms care small but worm and clean. The staff are very kind. And I also liked their homemade breakfast

I was with my wife in this hotel March-April 2024. Ocean 7 has two features: a. a location, b. a service A. Hotel’s location is convenient for walking to a lot of tourist places. B. Manager - Azamat with his team tries to do everything for client’s comfort. If I come to Istanbul again with my son, I will stay in this hotel again.

Unfortunately this is the worst hotel i have ever been during my travels. Except the location which is good and receptionist who is very friendly, the accommodation is awful! It is dirty, everything looks damaged and the way they trying to repair or to hide things is shameful. Rooms are small beyond imagination and everything - from the water who is absent, sometimes , the rust, the smell and old and broken furniture - it was a total disappointment. And our expectations were not too high. Please do not stay here!

Мы уже дважды здесь побывали, надеемся приехать еще!Хороший отель, ничего лишнего, ничего плохого - всё что должно было быть - было. С горячей водой проблем нет. Номера чистые, просторные. Клининг отличный - всегда спрашивают, можно ли сейчас навести порядок или позднее. Доступ в номер по картам. Цена относительно очень адекватная. В номере есть вода, чай, кофе, чайник.»

Отличная гостиница. Все чисто, уютно, сделано со вкусом. Приятный дизайн, новая мебель, белоснежные пушистые полотенца. Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный.
