The hotel had a peaceful atmosphere and was exceptionally clean. The staff was very helpful, especially Rohat Aslan, who went above and beyond to assist us. It was a memorable stay — we’ll definitely come back again.

地理位置非常好 去哪兒都很方便 附近一切因有盡有 被餐廳和各種小店包圍 重點就在加拉格大橋邊上 酒店服務人員都很有禮貌 很紳士 有應必答 碰到都會打招呼 而且前台24小時有人 凌晨我們需要早早出門需要加熱食物 可是微波爐有問題 去前台尋求幫助 小哥哥先把酒店大門鎖好然後再一起去了客房 並及時更換了微波爐 沒有耽誤行程 酒店安全意識很強 很安全 門鎖也有過一次問題 也很迅速的解決了 並且解決的過程很讓人舒心與安心 有被好好的照顧到 土耳其人民真的都很好

My sister and I had an outstanding experience at Karakoy Aparts Hotel. The entire staff was warm and professional, but what truly made my stay exceptional was the personal attention and care from the manager, Ugur Uzun and his assistant. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect — from arranging a smooth check-in to personally checking in to see if I was comfortable during my stay. It’s rare to find a manager who takes such a genuine interest in guests’ experiences. I will certainly go back and highly recommend this place.
