Extremely Disappointing Experience I had a terrible experience at this property. The apartment was not only unclean, but the level of hygiene was shocking. The bed was dirty, and the overall condition of the apartment did not match the photos or videos originally shown in the listing. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude. They even stopped my fiancée from entering the apartment, despite her showing them all the booking details while I was on the phone with them. This level of unprofessionalism and the poor condition of the apartment are unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

I arrived at the apartment, and when booking, it was mentioned that there is no smoking, but the corridors and the apartment are open, it smells all of smoke, and their response was that there are air purifiers!!!! Why then did you mention that in general there is no smoking? I do not recommend, very bad experience and unqualified management

n hotêl horrible et sale. Les meubles sont cassés et plastifiés, on dirait des chambres de bidon villes. Sales draps et poils partout, poussière dans les coins, sol non nettoyé et j’en passe Le service laisse à désirer, je ne recommande pas du tout. La location n’est pas du tout bonne, beaucoup de pentes à traverser pour y arriver si vous avez des valises. Personnel brutal et pas serviable. On refuse les commentaires et on ne vous donne aucune solution. En gros ils ne veulent pas aider. + si tu arrives et que ta chambre reservée n’est pas disponible on te downgrade en attendant. L’immeuble sent la chicha et la cigarette et la fréquentation est immonde.
