They were very welcoming and friendly, and helped me carry my very heavy luggage to my room. They were really helpful and would recommend them.

The lady boss is super nice and helped us a lot. All our requests were met. The location is very close to Independence Street. The nearby station is also very convenient to major attractions. The environment and sanitation are also very good.

There was no iron or hair dryer in the room, we took from the neighboring room of friends. The towels are smelly and gray. The shower is very dirty. The furniture is almost new but is poorly cleaned.

In general, it's a shame to complain about a budget hotel. The location is right next to Istiklal. We got there on a weekend plus a holiday, it was noisy, especially in the living room, which faced the street. But I think it's noisy everywhere in the center. Here you have to choose what's more important: to live in the center or further away, but quieter. The metro is nearby, and the ferries are also not far away. If you plan to cook, then the electric stove certainly raised questions, they burned it before us more than once)), but it worked. Of course, there weren't enough dishes and various items, but upon request we were given what we needed at the reception. There were problems with the shower head, we adjusted, but the administration promised to fix it, so she did not lower the rating.) The staff is polite, always ready to help.

Convenient location. The only downside is that it is not very clean, even when we checked in. Please note that there is a Catholic church next to the hotel, they will ring the bells 3 times a day, which can be disturbing. The hostess will answer all your questions. The cleaner will take out the trash, but don't expect a full cleaning, only upon request. Please note that the hotel has a spiral staircase, which is quite "steep".

A good option. We read negative reviews, but everything turned out to be higher than expected. Maybe we came across a room after renovation and everything was fine. Full kitchen with appliances and utensils, new plumbing, comfortable bed. Convenient location, friendly staff. The windows looked out onto a quiet street, although not very well maintained.

I stayed for 5 nights. I was grateful that there was a simple two-burner stove, sink, tableware and cutlery. I didn't know how to use the microwave, but I was able to figure it out. There are no toothbrushes in the amenities. On the first day only, 500ml of mineral water is given for each person. The location was good because you can reach the main road as soon as you climb the hill, but the road where the hotel is located is dark at night and there are few people, so be careful. On the last day, I wanted to take a taxi to the nearby airport shuttle bus, but the front desk refused because the taxi company was busy. I couldn't use Uber taxis, and I would be ripped off if I called a taxi myself, so I ended up walking with my suitcase.

We had no room service at all in 5 days.

It was truly an excellent stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—I felt right at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything in the city. My room was spotless and very comfortable, allowing me to relax completely. Overall, the service and atmosphere exceeded my expectations. Definitely I can’t wait to come back!
