The hotel is in a great location for the bus and train stations. However, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired as we had the same bed linen for days and bugs were found in the toilet.

Terrible front desk staff. Sone doesn’t even care when we are checking out. They are too much interested in mobile than in their customer. Owner is really good though.

Front of desk staff he's very good..he's very helpful and can speak very good English. The staff is also very friendly. The hotel is in a very good location. 10min from grand bazaar also lots of shops nearby.

The air conditioning control was very bad, as the air conditioning system was working as a fan without cooling, and sometimes it was completely turned off.

Watch out: unlike most hotels and despite what they let you understand on their website, pool access is not included in the room booking. Bedroom is big and confortable. Breakfast just average. Wifi is patchy. Overall, would not stay again.

Where can I start. The hotel rooms are not what they are like in the photographs. When we arrived nobody helped us with our luggage, there were 16 of us including 2 babies and 2 children. The hotel managment is terrible. Room service is done every 2 days. They dont even put water in your room, you have to ask for it at reception. 2 ladies clean and tidy every single room in the hotel. The breakfast was not even to the standards of a buffet, very simple and restricted menu. Will not be coming back to this hotel. I would not recommend it.

Hi I am very unhappy about my stay as the first thing is we didn’t get what we booked.my wife’s wedding ring has been stolen from the room. We were not allowed to use the swimming pool as if we did we had to pay $18 each time we use it and per person. The AC , safe box, the lights nothing was working.We asked them for a refund and we were refused one.all in all we are very disappointed.
