Absolutely wonderful service, we originally had booked another hotel but it got canceled and the lovely receptionist let us check in early instead of waiting during the night. Great service in all areas, staff speak English and are always willing to help. Arranged airport taxi. The hotel is right next to taskim square which has the main shopsand a Sephora.

I’ve never been in any hotel in my whole travel experience with such a disrespectful and rude receptionist! I dont know how the owner of this hotel is letting him working in his place! He has such a rude and disrespectful attitude! I dont advice any tourist to go to this place! I’ve seen also some other reviews saying the same on this rude person

The hotel is located in very center of Taksim area of Istanbul with nice view to Bosporus (from top floors) Service is very good, as well as facilities. Clean and comfortable. Good sleeping quality despite to late night street noise. Receptionist Ismail Abi is very helpful

My 6th floor balcony room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was firm and the water pressure & temperature were very good. The main shopping street, plus places to eat & drink are easily accessible and the area is safe. BUT it’s VERY loud at night.

They are friendly, but not very good at English. A bit odd and quirky the hotel, but not without it's charm. We got a good price, so it was okay. You should know that a night club is playing loud music every night, so it's not great for people that have a hard time sleeping.

The rooms are very small; we have booked a Deluxe-Double Room for 5 nights, so we expected a more comfortable situation. There was not enough space for leaving our clothes, and if you want to go to the toilet, you have to be a small person. Further the the furniture in the bathroom was broken.
For us, the situation was not so bad as we kept the most time outside. But even we didn't book with breakfast we weren't asked to have some drinks when we stayed in the chilling area of the hotel

Very small and tiny rooms with lot of water leaks . Very slow Wi-Fi. Staff tried to be polite but asked personal questions. Very unprofessional. Breakfast was average. Small already made plate and just tea. No coffee. Noisy rooms because of night clubs at the same street.

Everything is great. Location, price, facilities and staff. Worth the stay and will be back definitely. Beautiful, well stocked, easy check-in/check-out, great location, very clean, modern furniture and fixtures, lots of nice touches everywhere.
