Fer Hotel

Extremely satisfied! This hotel is super family-friendly, especially for those traveling with kids! Our flight arrived in the morning, and we got to the hotel by 8 AM. They upgraded our room and even added two extra beds for free, letting us check in right away. This gave our family with a baby much-needed rest! The room facilities were also great~ The front desk staff were very helpful, giving us detailed directions for various transport options~ Our room was cleaned daily. The front desk also offered unlimited complimentary bottled water, which was very convenient. The hotel breakfast was standard, but filling. Overall, highly recommended!

A cozy, small hotel with a convenient location. It's fresh and clean, very quiet and peaceful at night. My room overlooked an inner courtyard. The breakfasts were decent, and the cappuccino with almond milk was a big plus! 👍🏻

The location is fantastic, and the front desk staff was very friendly. I waited for about 5 minutes and he apologized for the wait. The room was spotless and incredibly quiet and comfortable. There were no strange odors in the room, and it offered good value for money. The only downside was the breakfast staff; they were quite unresponsive. No one greeted me or even asked for my room number when I walked into the dining area. 😹 But since the room was so comfortable for sleeping, the breakfast wasn't a huge deal. The breakfast selection was also a bit limited. Also, there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste provided in the room.

This hotel was super conveniently located for sightseeing in the Old City! There's a tram station nearby, and the Grand Bazaar is also very close. I stayed for 5 nights, and it was great that the breakfast menu changed every day. They even had desserts, and the Lotus cheesecake was absolutely delicious! The bathrooms were also very clean, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. It looked exactly like the photos! The room I stayed in this time didn't have a window facing outside; instead, it faced an atrium inside the hotel. While I could tell what the weather was like outside, I felt a bit awkward because I'd make eye contact with people in the room opposite or those riding the elevator. I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi at first and had to call the front desk, but it connected after I followed their instructions! Just a heads-up: it's a bit of a tricky password combined with your room number.

They greeted us wonderfully and showed us to our room. The room didn't have external windows, which wasn't an issue for us. What did surprise me was the absence of dental kits. I had to go to the store to get some, so that's a minus point. Otherwise, everything was good. The breakfasts were decent, but they could be better. Thank you and best of luck!

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-15 minute walk to everything. It's quiet yet centrally located, and the rooms are clean, tidy, and stylish. The service is also superb.
