Service was good! Unfortunately for a 5-star hotel it is very old-fashioned and the facilities are very old and inadequate. Our room was very small, you couldn't move around properly. The location was quite central. Overall for the price, I wouldn't come back.

This is a beautiful hotel with an amazing staff. The moment I walked in, I was greeted like I was an old friend. The front desk was very nice and accommodating. The restaurant food was delicious. The morning breakfast was also delicious with an incredible choice of food. I want to acknowledge that everyone in every department was very nice and helpful. Housekeeping was great. The morning breakfast crew was amazing. The restaurant staff was marvelous. My compliments to the chef because the food was so incredibly delicious. The owner and managers of this hotel should be proud of their staff. I was given the best customer service from everyone with outstanding professionalism. I love Istanbul and I will return. Good job Cher Hotel and thank you for your outstanding service.

It was a great experience, very nice, luxurious and clean rooms, the staff is amazing and very helpful especially bedirhan who responded to all our needs. The room service is very responsive and kind we had a lot of late night meals and they were all excellent. There is a very nice free to access pool and a spa

Would like to leave my review! Absolutely hated my stay here , the spa is a absolute disgrace no steam room working or showers , then one day steam room did work , worker just couldn’t be bothered switching it on , no air con in rooms they say it’s all 1 heat ! Yes 5 star this hotel more like a 3 star , the hotel it’s self is clean and I would say the restaurant is ok , and most of the workers are nice but spa are not very rude !

I travelled from Dallas to Turkey for hair transplant. My hospital clinic aanged for the stay, so I do not know the price of my stay. Hotel may be a 4 star hotel, it has gym, restaurant, spa facilities and its in excellent lovation Hotel rooms was clean and staff was excellent Internet was good at some time and apotty at other times. Restaurabt for breakfast was good. But for Lunch and Dinner the quality of food was not so good and the price were 25$ (USD), so I will grade that very low. There are many nearby restaurant where you can grab food, so avoid it. Spa was also one weak area. They sold whatever package to me and I bought it but the service provided was mixed up and not a good experience. Ham-am experience was good. I will rate the hotel 7.5/10

The staff was too good and kind. We have a great experience. The food was great. The services are amazing. The Cher Istanbul hotel was great and amazing. Everyone should try the restaurant. The gymnasium swimming pool was great even spa

Quite and average hotel for a 5* hotel. Staff were friendly, however did smell of sewage now and then. Music from the night club next door you can hear all night until 6am even though we were on the 7th floor. Room size is large, bed is quite soft and not very comfortable... Starbucks next door is very well priced... Overall average
