Best location staff and front desk not cooperative at all Istanbul hotel staff and ppl attitude with clients are not friendly which I had notice all over Istanbul same may be they will lose there tourist

The location is very convenient to find. The breakfast is filling. The front desk is very helpful. I thought about the things I lost in the restaurant a few days later. The restaurant was well preserved. I should recommend this hotel to my friends.

The room is not big but the location is great, very close to Taksim business district, and there is a direct bus to the airport 100 meters away from the hotel.

The location is great, it's so convenient to take the airport bus! 1-2 minutes walk.
The toiletries on the sink were dirty and looked like they had not been replaced. The hotel looked a bit like an old business hotel.
Everything else is satisfactory. The room is spacious enough and the bedside lamp is very user-friendly. The communication at the front desk was smooth, the breakfast was rich, and the decorative paintings in the restaurant were beautiful.
