Good and expedite service, kind staff at the reception desk. Great location next to popular attractions and public transport (bus, tram and metro) in a nice central street. Clean rooms with plenty of storage, space and typical decor.

Toilet has yellowish stains. Same breakfast for 4 days. The lunch and dinner that I paid for were delicious but the complimentary breakfast was not that good and they serve the same breakfast every day.

Difficult access to hotel for disabled people no ramp. But superior room good, comfortable bed, heating, clean and service excellent, wax bit happy with the breakfast given 4 star hotel not much choice sadly

The location of the hotel is excellent, all the attractions of the Fatih area are within walking distance.
Many people write in reviews about the noisy tram - in fact, it is not that noisy, it did not bother us at all, although we lived on the second floor. And he doesn’t walk at night either.
But there was another problem - there was practically no sound insulation from the corridor, so conversations and slamming doors, especially at night, caused some inconvenience.
Breakfast is quite monotonous and modest, but overall normal and satisfying.
Everything was great with the staff, they checked us in even before our check-in time. There are also Russian-speaking employees for whom this is important.
Our room was a triple one, not particularly spacious, but clean and very comfortable for three people, they all had full beds. And we were only in the room to spend the night, otherwise there was no point in going to Istanbul)
