The hotel was very nice. The breakfast is very good. The location is great. Walking distance to everything! Starbucks just there too.
Everyone is kind and polite.
Our room was lovely but toooooo small. Felt like I m on a cruise ship with that size 😅. They upgraded us to Bosporus view. Thank you we r grateful.
I would have stayed longer if the room was bigger. We did asked to get bigger room but the price to upgrade was too much. So we moved to another hotel with bigger room.
Free access to the spa. Steam bath, sauna, and the hammam but Idon’t know how to use it. There was no soap or scrub to use. Maybe people go there with their own shower stuff?

I found the room overpriced for it's size, the swimming pool was not clean, the restaurant did not provide proper guidelines on having the breakfast in the room, I was not explained upon arrival that the hotel would charge a safety deposit to my credit card, it was almost impossible to get conditioner and body lotion out of the bottles offered by the hotel and when requested to replace it there was zero improvement, the hair dryer on the room is not compatible with a five stars hotel. I wonder how could this hotel receive a five stars rating.

I stayed 3 nights there. It was really great to have tacsim view from your room. It wasn't noisy and the access to places around was reallg great. The hotel's security is high and the servants were reallg friendly. I also used the restaurant in the hotel. The food was acceptable and tasty. Generally I had a nice stay there with my friend.

A great experience from start to end. We were upgraded to a sea view room upon arrival and Mehmet gave us a detailed explanation of the famous places we could see out the window. We also left our baggage with the hotel for our short trip to Cappadocia and picked it back up without any hassle.

The room was a bit small by it was renovated or new and was a comfort to stay in.
The shower needs to know how to work the faucets as I literally got a “cold shower” from the ceiling’s shower opening 😢😮.
The food at breakfast was good however it did not pass my “smoked salmon test” (no smoked salmon).
The hot drinks selection which is included in the breakfast is mainly filter coffee and tea. Drinks like a cappuccino and latte are at an extra charge.
The tea I got was very strong and perhaps this is the Turkish style.
The room key card is read by the receptors on the door and in the elevator efficiently and with no delay.

We stayed for 3 nights with city view on the 8th floor. The room was clean and nice. Really enjoyed the gym and pool area 🥰. The breakfast was nice and with the Taksim square view 🥰. Also enjoyed the yoga room 😀
