Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Istanbul City Center

The hotel is very nice. The staff are all very helpful and super generous too. They let me check out late 2 hours and even get me upgraded the room. Will stay again.

Everything was fine but they didn’t return my deposit back they sayed you was i smoked in the room and that not right if they have the information they have to call me to be sure I am doing that

Great location and i always stay at this hotel, Premier room on lobby floor is the best rooms that i like . I will definitely stay here when ever i visit iStanbul .  I recommend this type of room if you stay at this hotel, be a little more but enjoy a great room environment .

Notes were not satisfied and discarded by reception. Not friendly folks either. The room wasn't properly cleaned, the pillows had a cologne smell from someone earlier, and even on the day of housekeeping sheets were not changed, room wasn't cleaned and not even water was resupplied. Used to be a nice hotel, it's quite outdated now with not as good care as before.

It’s a perfect hotel in istanbul. Goode location and modern design. I recommend this hotel to everyone

Dated rooms, not particularly helpful staff either. Showerheads are old/broken, bathroom handles are always dirty etc. Good location nevertheless.

The Ramada Plaza was the perfect hotel for my trip. With a metro station right outside it was easy to get to and from Istanbul Airport and even easier to get to the old town. Plenty of shops nearby. My room was big and clean, and the A/C worked great. I would’ve liked more breakfast options but I would still stay here again.

I enjoyed my extended stay at Ramada very much! From day one I felt very comfortable and safe. The hotel was very clean. Location was excellent, close to metro and bus stations, and all the amenities in the city. What made it more special was the hospitality of the staff. It was absolutely superb!! They all are very professional, polite, kind, genuine, helpful, and courteous. Special thanks to Mr. Ali and Mrs. Elif from the security with their warm welcoming and answering all my questions sincerely, to Mrs. Elif from housecleaning who has the most beautiful smile, willingly always ready to address my needs, to Mr.Ersin, Mr. Yilmaz, Mr. Eray, Mr. Kemal at the reception, and all the others whom I did not have a chance to get their name ( I am sorry) were very polite and always ready to assist me for anything I needed. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you all very much for taking good care of me!!!
