Hotel is very good. But have some problems if you want to drink own beverages is the lobby bar it not possible

I really enjoyed my stay at Movenpick Bosphorus Istanbul. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were always kind, welcoming, and ready to help with anything I needed. It felt very comfortable and well taken care of. The only small thing I’d mention is that the breakfast could be a bit more varied. Other than that, everything was lovely!

The valet parking is rude, and the prices are being changed without any notification while they have confirmed the prices at the time of the check-in.

What I didn't like about the hotel which has 5 stars. No robes. Cheap slippers. They asked for a deposit for the minibar in a 5 star hotel. Terrible view from the window.

TERRIBLE SERVICE I BOOK THE HOTEL FOR MY PREGNANT WIFE AND THEY DENY TO HER EVEN THE WATER , VERY RUDE PEOPLE AT THE HOTEL . NEVER BOOKING THIS AGAIN ! 👎👎👎👎
