horrible stay. rudest staff i’ve ever met. accused of us using the minibar charged us the whole minibar. changed our room types without consent. dirty rooms. will never visit again. too expensive for a dirty old hotel.

There was a burglary in this hotel, my coat was stolen. Security cameras showed that the cleaner takes it and wraps it in a garbage bag. They say there is nothing we can do about it. Even though everything is obvious, they say our employees won't do it. There is theft in this hotel, do not go. I will report you!

Hotel staff is excellent had amazing breakfast - front desk is very friendly - we had no problem staying at this property - amazing view with Terrace suite stayed there for 3 nights, i cant wait to come back again.

A good hotel right next to Sofitel. Convenient if you want to enjoy taksim . Small rooms but had everything that a 5 star hotel provides you.

Hotel is located smack in the middle of Taxim square, conveniently located by lots of commercial stores and eateries.
Breakfast was very good although at an extra charge.
Regular rooms extremely small, so I asked for a bigger room; I was given a suite which was at an extra charge.
Most employees speak English and are very cordial.rooms were modern and clean.
Spa downstairs was a disappointment; it’s leased out to people that are not professional and do not speak English.the hotel lobby charges one rate and the spa itself has other rates.spa personal trying to get away by charging more…
I would pass on that.
But overall, pleasant stay!
