The hotel itself is excellent. For a family, the kitchen and all the accessories are perfect. Minus: there is no restaurant, but there are many cafes around. But the main disadvantage is the presence of people from the hospital nearby. Apparently they have some kind of cooperation with the hospital. I didn't read the reviews when I booked. Pay attention to this. Many people after various operations.

It is very suitable for family travel. It is my first time to visit Istanbul in winter. The heating is very strong as soon as I enter the door. The children are jumping around happily. There is a lot of space and the sanitary conditions are very good. All kitchen supplies are available, including a washer and dryer. We walked from 1 pm to 10 pm the next day with the plan to sleep in the interim, but the result was beyond expectations, not bad.

The room is quite good, but there is no children's playground. It does not match the promotional pictures. The breakfast is very poor. Try not to book with breakfast.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days we went to different part of turkey then we came back to the same hotel for 2 days washine machine was not working in the room that we was at techinal team was called they resolved the issue the lid of the washine machine was damaged they replaced it (it was old rotten washing machine) then it was not working again techinal team has been called again then the machine has been replaced from different room to ours then when we were checking out we been told we had to pay for the lid thats been replaced and its just funny they charge people for a damaged but putting old washing machines in the room so they can carry on charging people my opinion is be extra carefull if you are not from turkey because they just want to rip you off for any reason . I do not recomment the hotel !!!!.......

I stayed with my family here in July . Hotel is very luxurious, clean and well looked after by all staff . Close to amenities restaurants and shops . Swimming pool and gym very useful . Ugur and Hulya were both very helpful staff in restaurant and room service . Very friendly and welcoming . I would stay here again :)
