Centrally located, beautiful view, delicious breakfast, friendly staff.

It was ok

A hotel with a nice location and clean rooms. The staff's good intentions of always greeting at the door are gone, instead of them they are filled with completely different staff who are sullen, threatening and unhelpful. One day we extended the hotel 2 weeks in advance and we reminded them many times every day but the staff downstairs did worse than kicking us out, and said you didn't make a reservation/extension, slandered and lied many times, when he couldn't resist my stubbornness he forced us to extend it one day. This is the first time I've been dissatisfied with the hotel I come to every year and stay at 2-3 times a year, I'm starting to miss the old staff with a candle. Everything in the minibar was free, now even bottled water has become a fee. The staff on the 6th floor at the breakfast place didn't even put cups on our heads, they were doing their jobs by force.

Het hotel is prima voor een kort verblijf, maar verwacht er niet te veel van. De locatie is erg goed, dichtbij restaurants en het openbaar vervoer. Onze kamer rook helaas naar sigaretten, wat jammer was. Over het algemeen een oke verblijf als je vooral een goede ligging zoekt.

The only good thing about this hotel is the view — everything else was quite disappointing. Here are the reasons why: First: We originally booked a room for two people with two separate beds. However, upon arrival, we were given a room with one double bed. We showed them the confirmation that clearly stated our request for twin beds, but the receptionist claimed that the agency we booked through never sent them the updated details. Even though we had the confirmation in hand, they refused to provide us with a room with separate beds. Second: Housekeeping threw away my personal toothbrush for no reason. I have no idea why they would do that — it’s unacceptable and careless. Third: The noise coming from the neighboring room was unbearable. There was loud music and singing until the early hours of the morning, and we couldn’t sleep. We complained to the reception and asked them to handle it, but nothing was done. Fourth: The breakfast experience was also unpleasant. The staff at the restaurant never smiled or greeted us warmly. It felt like we were unwelcome guests. We had to call them several times just to get a cup of tea — and the place is quite small, so it shouldn’t be that difficult. Moreover, the vegetables served were not fresh, and the simit (Turkish bread) was extremely hard and clearly not fresh. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, no matter how beautiful the view is. The service and management are simply not up to standard.

A 4 star hotel in a very good area in the center of Instabul.Service of the hotel in all the areas is terrible!!I do not really know how they get the 4 stars!!Staff in the breakfast are unskilled ans impolite.The staff in the room service is lazy.The staff in the reception can not speak English One of my worst experience ever.Do not book in that hotel.

Very bad experience despite the great location. The maintenance and cleanliness are far from acceptable. The staff is extremely noisy in the hallways, and the windows are not soundproof, so you hear all the noise from the busy street. The room’s parquet was sticky, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and the showerhead was leaking. The paint job was incomplete, and there were traces of rust. As for breakfast, while the view is great, there is no self-service, and the dishes are very basic and the same every day. No fruit or juice, just cheese and a hard-boiled egg each day!

One of the best hotel in the concept of sea view in whole istanbul , very clean, staff are amazing , amazing sea view restaurant for breakfast with high quality food , special thanks to Dilek from house keeping, Emir and Fatih from front office , they so helpful and characteristics. We stayed in this hotel for the third time. It's sad what has come of it! When we checked in, we were asked to wait another 15 minutes because no room was ready. No problem, we'll just go and get something to eat. An hour later, they said they needed until 4 p.m. to have the room ready. That's a good way to spend your vacation day. There are holes in the floor everywhere in the room because the paint is chipping off in large areas, the backrest of the chair is torn off so that you have to drill the screws into your back, the connecting panel to the bathroom is broken from top to bottom and "repaired" with Tesa tape! The handle in the elevator has broken off, everything looks completely worn out. The design is no longer impressive. The prices in the restaurant have gone up after each visit and the quality of the drinks is very limited (Aperol Spritz 20 euros, almost non-carbonated). The staff are usually very attentive and helpful! No problem! In short: In this category, there are now much nicer and cheaper alternatives in Istanbul. Absolutely no longer recommended!
