This place was truly a joy at which to stay. It was comfortable, quiet, in an extremely convenient location (right around the corner from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia), and the staff were so friendly and helpful! I will stay here again on my next trip to Istanbul. Especially helpful and kind was Memet!

Wir waren für 7 Tage im Bonita Apart und uns hat der Aufenthalt so sehr gefallen, dass wir gern noch länger geblieben wären. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns gute Tipps gegeben. Genauso gut war das ausgiebige Frühstück, welches sofort nachgefüllt wurde. Das Zimmer hat uns ebenfalls gefallen und das Wlan war besser, als bei uns zuhause. Insgesamt gibt es viele Dinge in Istanbul zu erkunden. Hilfreich für uns war, dass die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel vom Hotel aus schnell zu erreichen sind. Alles in allem, möchten wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.

Good location for look around cultural heritage. And It's easy to go out anywher from sultanahmet park. It takes 3-40min including walking. They are trying to make me comfortable all the time. Breakfast prepared on 2nd floor and it consisted what we need. Also you can enjoy the çay anytime im there. Thank you for your kindness.😊

appart très bien situé par rapport aux monuments à visiter et aux transports, endroit tranquille dans une petite rue. Les personnes à l'accueil sont très agréables et toujours avec le sourire prêts à répondre à nos questions. Par contre, ce qui était désagréable était que notre chambre, située en rez de chaussée, au ras du trottoir, le soir nous pouvions être incommodés par les personnes qui fumaient ou alors il aurait fallu laisser la fenêtre fermée.

Good service. Very helpful staff to solve my problems in Istanbul

I chose this hotel because it had 24 hr receptionist and since my flight arrived late , I needed someone to let me in. First of all the hotel has no sign and it was challenging to find. Then when I finally found it no one was there. The hotel next door called the owner and told him about my arrival. After waiting outside in the dark and new country for 90 minutes someone showed up and apologize. Then the hotel receptionist harassed me during my entire stay about please leave us a good review. I sent a message to booking about the horrible customer service. Long story short avoid this hotel at all cost. Breakfast is terrible

It is a good value for money hotel

ホテル表示がなく、お迎えの車で無かったら、見つけられなかったかも。 観光地に歩いて行け、お店も近くにたくさんあります。 室内も綺麗でした、キッチンがあったけれどコンロもレンジもないので、結局お湯を沸かすだけでした。なくても良かったです。 朝ごはんも色々あり、充分でした。 ホテルの人も皆親切で、空港からのお迎えも、待ち合わせ場所の写真を送ってくれて、43€でお願いでき、帰る時は500トルコリラで手配してくれました。

The staff was very helpful the entire stay and went out of their way to assistance with questions and accommodations. The proximity to all the attractions was within walking distance. We went to Cappaadocia and held some of our luggage.

C’était un bon séjour dans l’ensemble, emplacement idéal très proche de la place de Sultanahmet, assez propre, bonne communication avec le personnels notamment avec monsieur Mehmet et le manager monsieur Ruhi tout deux très accueillant et souriant. Seul problème nous avons eu un soucis de fuite d’eau sous le toilette à notre arrivée, nous en avons fait part de ceci au manager qui a essayé mais qui n’a pas réussi à résoudre le problème car pour la réparation la chambre devait être vide. C’est dommage car sans cela le séjour aurait pu être parfait mais je recommande malgré cela.

The place was close to most of the places, and the breakfast very good. I recommend the place.
